Our Company Started in The Netherlands
In 1939, a Dutch high school teacher and coach named Roelof Postmaa took his senior class on a trip from Holland to France. The students had a wonderful time, and after several successful student trips, the parents asked if they could participate. These early beginnings seeded the tour operating business now known as Image Tours.

Image Tours in the U.S.A.
In 1960, Mr. Postmaa's son, Roelof (Rudy) Postmaa Jr., opened an office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to offer reasonably-priced European tours to Americans. Then in 2002, Rudy entrusted the management of Image Tours to his daughter and son-in-law, Monique and Mike Kasmauskis. As of 2023, ownership and leadership were transferred to Patrick and Beth McIntyre, preserving the Image Tours tradition of being a family-owned and operated business.
